There are easy road links to Southampton (8 miles), Bournemouth (28 miles), Romsey (10 miles) and Winchester (18 miles).  Southampton airport is less than 12 miles away and there is a high-speed rail link from Southampton Central arriving at London Waterloo in under one and a half hours.

The Estate is comprised of a wide range of residential properties in addition to farmland, grazing, paddocks and commercial units. The majority of the residential properties are in the Nursling area of Southampton and the villages of Ashurst and Colbury.
